DU 60 and DU 80

Our dryers DU 60 and DU 80 dry the shrink packages thoroughly and gently. Thus, they are immediately ready for the next steps like weighing, labeling, cartooning. It goes without saying that the dryers can be connected to the matching Shrink tunnels STCW 60 and STCW 80 and run in the same efficient seamless operation.

Like the shrink tunnels, the dryers are constructed in the WEBOMATIC CleanDesign for the direct water drain. The operation and cleaning is comfortable, the user can access the side channel blower and remove the conveyor belt easily.  The PLC controls the two moveable dryer nozzles above the product outline with a perfect distance to the surface, thus treating the product with care.

As a component within a WEBOMATIC packaging line the shrink tank and dryer are therefore offered in an integrated production line version, without an extra monitor (STCW 60-L and STCW 80-L as well as DU 60-L and DU 80-L).

As an alternative, we offer the touchscreen version of the shrink tunnels and dryers (STCW 60-T and STCW 80-T / DU 60-T and DU 80-T), as stand-alone devices independent of a line.
