Introduction of the new thermoforming machine ML-C 5600, tray packaging machine TL 500-duo and the new double chamber machine duoMAT 850 at the IFFA 2010: WEBOMATIC presents for the first time, three innovations in trend-setting CleanDesign. These innovations promise ideal capacities with regard to productivity, efficiency, ergonomics and hygiene.

With the ML-C 5600 WEBOMATIC establishes the new “C”- generation of thermoforming lines. The most important feature is the advantageous CleanDesign, which fulfills highest hygienic standards – especially in the sensitive food industry and pharmacy. The further developed techniques optimize the packaging process, increase the security of packaging and extend the machines’ durability. The powerful all-round solution ML-C 5600 works with all thermoformable and sealable flexible and rigid film materials up to 560 mm width, a repeat length up to 600 mm and a production output of 16 cycles/minute.

The fully automated Traysealer TL 500-duo works double-tracked, i.e. it seals 2 to 8 trays parallel. Regarding the packaging, the duo-formats are the ideal solution for smaller products or quantities, e.g. antipasti, meat paste, vegetables, salads or convenience food, and meet the requirements of single-person households. The range application of duo is two times higher: Without much effort the machine can be retransformed into the standard version, so that trays for large-scale consumers can be produced. Beside of the serial Outside-Cut the Inline-Cut is additionally available  as well as an upgrade for Pseudo-Skin for skin-tight packaging of marinated food products. Additional components like tray dinesters, filling and labeling systems or lid applicators can be combined with the packaging machine.

The latest double chamber machine duoMAT 850 features the advantages of WEBOMATIC’s CleanDesign. The major benefit of the table-type-model is the flat, open-sided working surface.  Accessible from all sides: Easy filling and hygienic cleaning of the chamber up are guaranteed. Like all WEBOMATIC vacuum chamber machines, the duoMAT 850 offers easy handling, efficient operation and provides an ergonomic working height, easily removable sealbars. All these features increase your production volume considerably.
